If so, myRNstaffing Solutions is looking for RNs to work in Med Surg working a large variety of patient population; 30% Orthopedics that include Hip fractures, Spine Surgery, and Ortho Oncology patients. The rest is centered on complex medical patients such as patients with COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, Congestive Heart Failure, respiratory failure, patients on cardiac drips and bi-pap. Post Op heart ablation and pacemaker replacement patients.

This is a 13-week contract working nights. 36 hours/week from 7pm - 7:30am.

Salary: $51 - $56 / hour Based on experience, benefit level and traveler status. *

Responsibilities of the Med Surg Nurse
Uses professional nursing skills through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision of individual patient care for the adult Patient population is all ages according to departmental policies and procedures.
Accepts responsibility for collaboration of co-workers in the implementation of patient care.
Organizes and provides direct patient care incorporating clinical decision-making and prioritization of activities.
Education of the patient and family/significant other and other health care team member

Requirements of the Med Surg Registered Nurse
Covid vaccine required
MI licensure
May need to travel to other units or campuses as needed
EPIC Charting experienced preferred
AHA BLS, AHA ACLS
