This exciting and rewarding position is working 8-hour days leading the Med Surg and Emergency Department.

Compensation of the Director of Nursing

• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience
• $20000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing

• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient nursing care in the hospital.
• Provides directions for development and evaluation of all nursing personnel.
• Maintains operational aspects of patient care.

Requirements of the Director of Nursing

• State of Michigan RN licensure.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's degree in management or health administration.
• Masters in Nursing, public health or health administration, or a closely related field - preferred.
• 2 Years Experience
• Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Must have strong data analytical skills.
