This exciting and rewarding position is working 8-hour days leading the Med Surg and the Emergency Department.

Compensation of the Director of Nursing
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience
$20000 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the delivery of patient nursing care in the hospital.
Provides directions for development and evaluation of all nursing personnel.
Maintains operational aspects of patient care.

Requirements of the Director of Nursing
State of Michigan RN licensure.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor's degree in management or health administration.
Masters in Nursing, public health or health administration, or a closely related field - preferred.
2 Years Experience
Excellent communication skills and be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Must have strong data analytical skills.
